When lighting your candle the first time, ensure that it burns at least 2-3 hours until the entire top layer is liquid all the way to the edges of the glass vessel. This prevents tunneling and will give you the longest burn time results.
The longer the wick, the quicker the burn; therefore, trim wicks to 1/4 inch every time you light your candle.
NATURAL SOY WAX
Occasionally, white marks may appear on soy candles due to the nature of soy wax. This is called frosting and does not affect the quality of the candle.
Rough, bumpy tops after burning a soy candle is a sign that your candle is made with100% all-natural soy wax and does not affect the performance of the candle. Other candle companies, in efforts to avoid this, call their candles "soy candles", but they are using a soy and paraffin blend.
